This older style caravan is situated on Seton Sands caravan site. The caravan site is situated opposite the beachfront, and the site has a restaurant, a bar and a swimming pool (extra charge). There is also a takeaway fish and chips shop and a Papa John's pizza takeaway.

This holiday home is equipped with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen with microwave, a TV, a seating area (bed settee) and 2 bathrooms with a shower. Free private parking is available at the holiday home. Despite being an older caravan, the inside has been updated and provides gas central heating.

It is approximately 20km from Edinburgh, with a direct bus day and night.
